I have the best stay in My Apartment with my family. The apartment is clean and cosy. It is very spacious. I recommend this if you're travelling with your family. It is located in the heart of the City accessible to all shops and convenience stores. I would surely come back to Armenia and book this apartment again. I will highly recommend it to my friends and clients.

Amazing location, outstanding service and cleanliness. We have been in the apartment for 6 days now and it feels like home. Courteous staff, prompt in addressing all our needs..we are glad we chose My Apartment.. Great pick.

I have been here 2 years back and I have stayed again now I must say they have maintained the property very well. Their customer service is excellent. If you need big space for a family and tight on budget look no further.

We traveled to Yerevan with our 2 boys (under 12) and the apartment was perfect. It is spacious, clean practical, warm which was important in January! Beds are very comfortable. We also were very very pleased with the customer service, although there is no front desk, there is a phone in the room to contact the office and the staff has been super helpful. The location was perfect as it is next to tones of delicious restaurants, shops and supermarkets. We will certainly come back to the apartment on our next visit. We would like to thank the team for our wonderful stay.

They have only 8 apartments in total. 6 of them on the 3 floor and 2 on the 4th. The ones on the top are basically lofts very small not really suitable for family or couple. The Matress is just placed on the floor, there is no bed cot due to height restrictions . But the 6 apartments below are excellent , very spacious , it can easily accommodate 4-5 adults, they will put extra beds as per your requirement. The ones facing the city is slightly smaller than the ones facing the backside. Beds are comfortable , good kitchen facilities, well equipped, got a sofa, small dinning table etc. The whole ambience is nice, clean, simple. They don't have free room service , it can be done at a nominal charge which we asked them to do. We were a large group and hence we booked 7 apartments out of the 8 they have. Hence yes I have seen almost all their rooms. The problems with this Apartment is that there is no sign board hence if you are new you wont be able to find it easily. Secondly only couple of floors are part of the hotel apartment rest are occupied by others. Hence the main entrance is very ordinary and there is fleet of stairs you have climb to reach the lift then on there no issue. I believe the lift is exclusively for the apartment as it can be operated only with access card provided. Once you reach the 3rd floor every thing is done up well nothing to complain about. We were 27 people hence to lift our luggage on stairs till the lift was a difficult task but the management was well aware of this issue hence they send two staff in the middle of the night 2:30 AM to be precise to pick our luggage and shift it to the rooms. Their service was excellent. Overall if you plan to stay in the city with everything close by and if you are on a budget, look no further go ahead and book this place just avoid the lofts that's all as its mid range hotel giving rooms at a budget price.
